Creepy-cute Halloween Jello shots with gummy or lychee-and-blueberry eyeballs. Make them spiked with vodka or non-alcoholic with juice for a party hit.

1. Arrange 12–15 small shot cups on a tray.
2. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in vodka; for kid-friendly shots use cold water or fruit juice instead.
4. Pour mixture into cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
5. Place one gummy eyeball (or lychee stuffed with a blueberry) into each cup.
6. Refrigerate until firm, 2–4 hours.
7. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with strawberry syrup or red gel, if desired.
8. Serve cold and keep remaining shots refrigerated.
