1. Add chickpeas, pumpkin puree, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, cinnamon, and salt to a food processor.
2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in 2 tablespoons olive oil until fully incorporated.
4. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little extra olive oil.
5. Sprinkle paprika over the top for garnish.
6. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks on a charcuterie board.
