Ingredients
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a skull-shaped baking mold with cooking spray or butter.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until it begins to brown, breaking it into crumbles.
3. Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
4. Stir in ketchup, salt, and pepper; cook for 2 more minutes, then remove from heat.
5. Allow the beef mixture to cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheese.
6. Separate dough portions and press each into the mold cavities, leaving enough overhang to seal.
7. Spoon the beef-and-cheese filling into each cavity and fold the dough over to enclose.
8. Place the mold on a baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown.
9. Let cool for 5 minutes, then carefully unmold the cheeseburger skulls.
10. Serve with extra ketchup or dipping sauce as desired.
