Spooky cheeseburger skulls made in a skull pan, combining ground beef, cheese, and pastry for a fun Halloween dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup finely diced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 sheet puff pastry or 8 biscuit dough rounds
  • 3 tbsp ketchup or BBQ sauce
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing
  • Optional toppings: pickles, jalapeños, mushrooms

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a skull pan with cooking spray or butter.

    4. Roll out pastry or flatten dough; cut into pieces slightly larger than each skull cavity.

    5. Press dough into each cavity, fill with beef mixture, then fold and seal dough over filling.
