1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3. Stir in shredded chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes; cook 3–5 minutes until heated through.
4. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken, stirring until cheese melts and coats the mixture.
5. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
6. Place ¼ of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
7. Add optional veggies or herbs on top of the filling.
8. Fold in sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from bottom to top to form a wrap.
9. Optional: toast wraps in a hot skillet 1 minute per side until golden and crispy.
10. Slice wraps in half and serve immediately.
