1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Mix molasses brown sugar ground ginger ground cinnamon and ground cloves in a small bowl.
3. Roll each puff pastry sheet to about 1/8 inch thickness and use a gingerbread man cutter to stamp out matching pairs of shapes.
4. Place a teaspoon of Nutella Spread in the center of each bottom pastry shape leaving a small border around the edges.
5. Sprinkle a pinch of the gingerbread spice mixture over the Nutella and cover with a matching pastry shape pressing edges to seal.
6. Brush the tops with beaten egg wash and bake for 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
7. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
