4. Stir in water chestnuts and green onions.
5. In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
6. Pour sauce into skillet and simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
7. Wash and dry lettuce leaves.
8. Spoon chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf.
9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with lime wedges.
