1. Pat chicken pieces dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken in a single layer for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
3. Reduce heat to medium, add 2 tbsp butter, then stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
4. Add remaining butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, and chopped herbs, stirring until the sauce is glossy and emulsified.
5. Toss the chicken in the sauce and simmer for 1 minute until the glaze thickens and coats each piece.
6. Remove from heat, let rest for one minute, then serve immediately.
