  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 12 tablespoons chopped parsley or basil

  • Instructions

    1. Spiralize the zucchini into noodles and place on a towel

    2. Lightly sprinkle noodles with salt and let rest 10 minutes, then pat dry

    3. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat

    4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds
