12 large marshmallows

12 lollipop sticks or skewers

1/2 cup white chocolate or vanilla candy melts, melted

12 small blue candies or blue fondant dots (for hats)

Edible food markers (black, blue, red)

Optional: 1/4 cup blue frosting for sailor collars

Optional: Tiny red sprinkle or licorice bit for hat tassel

Instructions

1. Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow to make pops.

2. Add a small dab of melted white chocolate on top; attach a blue candy/fondant dot to form the hat. Let set briefly.

3. Use a blue edible marker to draw a rim around the hat; add a tiny red tassel with red marker or a red sprinkle.

4. Draw eyes, eyebrows, and a big smile with the black edible marker to create the Stay Puft face.

5. Optional: Pipe a thin blue frosting ring around the base to suggest the sailor collar.

6. Stand pops upright in a foam block or a glass and let decorations set for 15 minutes before serving.

7. Serve immediately or wrap each pop in a clear treat bag for party favors.
