1. In a bowl mix soy sauce honey and half the ginger then coat chicken and marinate 20 minutes
2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden then rest and slice
3. Bring chicken broth to a simmer then stir in garlic ginger miso and soy sauce until dissolved
4. Add lemon juice and zest just before serving
5. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water according to package instructions then drain
6. Blanch bok choy carrots and mushrooms in the broth for 2 to 3 minutes
7. Divide noodles into bowls and ladle broth and vegetables over them
8. Top with sliced chicken and garnish with green onions and extra lemon slices
