  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberry slices
  • 3 ounces dark chocolate (70% or higher), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds or crushed nuts (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

    3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4-inch thickness.

    4. Top with strawberry slices, pressing them gently into the yogurt.

    5. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in short intervals.

    6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt and strawberries.

    7. Optionally sprinkle chia seeds or crushed nuts on top.
