1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat around 400°F.
2. Brush the cut sides of the avocado halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place avocado halves cut side down on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until grill marks appear.
4. Transfer the grilled avocados to a plate and squeeze lime juice over the cut sides.
5. In a mixing bowl combine diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and optional cucumber or tomato.
6. Let the salsa rest for 5 to 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
7. Spoon the mango salsa into each avocado half.
