1. If grilling with husks on, peel back husks, remove silk, then fold husks back and soak ears in water for 10 minutes
2. If grilling with husks off, remove husks and silk and brush corn lightly with oil
3. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add minced garlic, cook until fragrant, then season with salt, pepper, and parsley
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F)
5. Grill corn for 10 to 12 minutes, turning every 2 to 3 minutes, and brush with garlic butter after the first rotation
6. Remove corn from grill, brush with remaining garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan while hot
7. Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately
