Description

  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob, husked and silk removed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely sliced
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • optional smoked paprika or lemon zest, for serving

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

    2. Mix softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and sliced chives in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

    3. Brush each ear of corn with a light coat of oil to prevent sticking.

    4. Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook, turning every 2–3 minutes, until kernels are blistered and lightly charred.

    5. Remove corn from the grill and immediately brush generously with the garlic herb butter mixture.

    6. Sprinkle with optional smoked paprika or lemon zest and serve hot.
