1. Whisk olive oil soy sauce honey garlic lime juice and pepper in a bowl
2. Add chicken cubes coat well cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
3. Preheat grill to medium high heat about 400°F to 425°F
4. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning
5. Thread chicken pineapple bell peppers and onion onto skewers leaving gaps for even cooking
6. Place skewers on grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes turning occasionally and brushing with marinade or glaze
7. Grill until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature then remove from grill
8. Let skewers rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving
