2. Brush zucchini slices and corn kernels with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill zucchini slices 2 to 3 minutes per side until tender with char marks.
4. Grill corn, turning every few minutes, until kernels are lightly charred, about 8 to 10 minutes.
5. Let vegetables cool slightly, then slice zucchini into half moons and cut corn from the cobs.
6. In a large bowl, combine zucchini, corn, feta, lemon juice, herbs, garlic, and chili flakes.
7. Toss gently and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or an extra drizzle of olive oil.
