Description

This chia yogurt parfait layers creamy Greek yogurt, nutritious chia pudding, fresh berries and crunchy granola for a balanced, grab-and-go breakfast or snack. It delivers protein, fiber, antioxidants and healthy fats in under 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries
  • 12 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon jam or fruit compote (optional)
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • Instructions

    1. Combine chia seeds and milk, stir and let sit for 10–15 minutes or overnight.

    2. Chill Greek yogurt in the refrigerator.

    3. Rinse and pat dry berries.

    4. Layer 1/4 cup yogurt in a jar or glass.

    5. Add a layer of chia pudding over the yogurt.

    6. Scatter mixed berries on top of the chia layer.

    7. Swirl jam or compote over the berries if using.

    8. Finish with granola sprinkled on top.

    9. Drizzle honey or maple syrup before serving if desired.

    10. If storing, keep granola separate until serving.
