This light and fresh pasta salad combines smoky grilled chicken, crisp romaine, tender bowtie pasta and a creamy Caesar dressing for a balanced, crowd-pleasing meal. Ready in under an hour, it’s perfect for summer gatherings, meal prep or weeknight dinners.

Instructions
1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
2. Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill chicken 4-5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F, then let rest and slice.
4. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain and rinse under cold water.
5. Toss pasta with lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
6. In a large bowl combine romaine, cherry tomatoes and cooled pasta.
7. Add sliced chicken and Caesar dressing, tossing until evenly coated.
8. Sprinkle in half of the Parmesan and gently mix.
9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
10. Just before serving, top with remaining Parmesan and croutons.
