1. Slice beef thinly against the grain and set aside.
2. Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 1–2 minutes until bright green; drain and set aside.
3. In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and 2 tbsp water to form the sauce.
4. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
5. Add sesame oil and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
6. Return beef to the skillet and pour in sauce. Stir continuously for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats beef and broccoli.
7. Serve hot over brown rice or cauliflower rice.
