Description
This creamy spinach artichoke dip uses Greek yogurt for a lighter, protein-packed twist on a classic appetizer. It’s easy to make and perfect for parties or healthy snacking.

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. If using fresh spinach, sauté with olive oil and garlic until wilted; cool and chop. If using frozen, thaw, drain, and squeeze dry.
3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese until smooth.
4. Stir in Parmesan, half the mozzarella, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
5. Fold in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts until evenly combined.
6. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
8. Let cool slightly, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve with bread or vegetables.
