4. In another bowl whisk Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
5. Gently fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined, then fold in blueberries.
6. Pour batter into the pan, smooth the top, and tap to release air bubbles.
7. Bake for 45–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden.
