1. toss chicken pieces with olive oil sea salt paprika and black pepper
2. heat a skillet over medium high heat and add the chicken
3. cook until lightly charred and cooked through about 5 to 7 minutes per side
4. reduce heat and stir in barbecue sauce simmering until sauce thickens
5. arrange lettuce leaves on a platter
6. top each leaf with bbq chicken peppers onion cabbage and avocado
7. drizzle lime juice and sprinkle cilantro over the filling
8. fold lettuce around the filling and serve immediately
