These muffins combine ripe banana sweetness, rich chocolate, and a scoop of protein powder for a nutritious grab-and-go breakfast. They bake up moist and tender with bursts of melted chocolate in every bite.

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 12 cup muffin tin with liners.
2. In a bowl mash bananas until mostly smooth.
3. Whisk in eggs, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla until creamy.
4. In a separate bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until no dry spots remain.
6. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
7. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each about three quarters full.
8. Bake 18 to 22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean with a few melted chocolate streaks.
9. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
