  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • butter for greasing dish
  • powdered sugar for dusting

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and butter a 9×13 inch baking dish.

    2. Tear croissants into bite sized pieces and arrange half in the dish.

    3. Scatter half of the blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the croissants.

    4. Layer remaining croissant pieces and berries on top.

    5. In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.

    6. Pour the custard over the croissant and berry layers and press gently to soak.

    7. Cover and let rest for 20–30 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
