  • salt and cracked black pepper to taste
  • 11.5 cups shredded cooked chicken (optional)
  • 1/41/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

    2. Arrange halved tomatoes, sliced onion, and garlic cloves on the baking sheet
