Description
This honey garlic tofu rice bowl features crispy tofu tossed in a glossy honey garlic sauce with tender broccoli served over jasmine rice. It’s a quick, healthy, and satisfying weeknight dinner.

Instructions
1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture for 15 minutes.
2. Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes and toss with cornstarch and salt.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and pan-fry tofu until golden and crisp.
4. Remove tofu and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
6. Add soy sauce, honey and rice vinegar and bring to a simmer.
7. Stir in cornstarch slurry until sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
8. Steam or stir-fry broccoli until tender-crisp.
9. Return tofu to the skillet and toss with the sauce and broccoli.
10. Serve over jasmine rice and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
