1. Turn Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil
2. Season chicken with chili powder cumin garlic powder onion powder salt and pepper
3. Sear chicken in the pot until lightly browned on all sides
4. Add salsa and chicken broth then stir to combine
5. Close lid and set valve to sealing position
6. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes then allow natural release for 10 minutes
7. Quick release remaining pressure and open lid carefully
8. Shred chicken slightly with two forks and stir into sauce
9. Divide cooked rice among bowls and top with chicken mixture
10. Garnish with lettuce tomatoes cheese cilantro and lime wedges
