1. Set Instant Pot to Sauté and heat olive oil.
2. Add diced chicken, season with chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in rice, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth without stirring after adding liquid.
4. Close lid, set valve to Sealing, and cook on High Pressure for 10 minutes.
5. Allow a 10-minute natural release, then quick release remaining pressure.
6. Open lid, stir in lime juice and cilantro, and serve with desired toppings.
