3. Seal the Instant Pot and set to pressure cook on high for 12 minutes
4. Perform a quick release once cooking completes then open the lid
5. Remove chicken and shred with forks then return shredded chicken to the soup
6. Stir in lime juice and adjust seasoning as needed before serving
