5. Pressure cook on high for 6 to 7 minutes for breasts or 8 minutes for thighs with a natural release of 5 minutes then quick release.
6. Remove chicken and tent with foil to rest.
7. Switch to sauté mode, stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
8. Whisk in parmesan cheese until smooth.
9. Add cornstarch slurry if desired and simmer until sauce thickens.
10. Return chicken to the pot and heat for 2 to 3 minutes, then garnish with parsley.
