1. Wash and dry zucchini then cut into 1/2 inch sticks
2. In a bowl whisk eggs until smooth
3. In another bowl combine almond flour grated parmesan garlic powder salt pepper and Italian seasoning
4. Dip each zucchini stick into egg mixture then coat in the dry mixture
5. Preheat air fryer to 370°F for 3 minutes
6. Lightly spray basket with olive oil and arrange fries in a single layer
7. Air fry at 370°F for 12 to 15 minutes flipping halfway until golden and crisp
8. Remove fries and serve immediately with keto-friendly dip
