Ingredients

  • boneless skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • fresh lemon juice (1/4 cup)
  • balsamic vinegar (3 tbsp)
  • olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • garlic cloves minced (3 cloves)
  • fresh thyme (1 tbsp)
  • fresh rosemary (1 tbsp)
  • fresh parsley chopped (2 tbsp)
  • salt (1 tsp)
  • black pepper (1/2 tsp)
  • honey (1 tsp)

  • Instructions

    1. Whisk lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl.

    2. Stir in garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and honey.

    3. Place chicken in a zip-top bag, pour in marinade, seal, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.

    4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
