Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon curd
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or shredded coconut

  • Instructions

    1. Gather small clear jars or parfait glasses and all ingredients.

    2. Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each jar.

    3. Add a thin layer of lemon curd over the yogurt.

    4. Top with a layer of mixed fresh berries, pressing gently.
