1. whisk together lemon juice lemon zest honey dijon mustard melted butter minced garlic salt and pepper until smooth
2. place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour two thirds of the mixture over them and turn to coat evenly
3. cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes
4. preheat grill to medium-high (about 400°F) and oil the grates
5. place salmon skin-side down on the grill and close the lid
6. grill for 4-5 minutes then baste with remaining sauce and flip
7. cook for another 4-5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 125-130°F
8. remove salmon from grill and let rest for 2 minutes
9. garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately
