Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • Instructions

    1. preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)

    2. in a bowl combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper

    3. add shrimp and toss to coat, then marinate for 10 to 15 minutes

    4. arrange shrimp in a single layer in an oven-safe skillet

    5. bake for 10 to 12 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque

    6. sprinkle parsley over shrimp and toss gently

    7. serve immediately
