1. Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).
2. Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
3. In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper until combined.
4. Arrange salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared pan and drizzle with olive oil.
5. Brush the lemon herb butter mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
6. If using vegetables, toss them with a bit of the butter mixture and arrange around the salmon.
7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and appears opaque in the center.
