Description
A quick and healthy Chinese beef and broccoli stir-fry featuring tender slices of beef, crisp broccoli, and a savory light sauce, ready in 30 minutes.

1. In a bowl, toss sliced beef with 2 tsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and sesame oil; marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, beef broth, sugar or honey, and cornstarch slurry; set aside.
3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch broccoli florets for 1–2 minutes until bright green; drain and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat; add marinated beef in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until just browned; remove and set aside.
5. Add garlic and ginger to the hot wok; stir-fry for 20–30 seconds until fragrant.
6. Return beef to the wok, add blanched broccoli, and pour in the sauce; stir continuously over high heat for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats everything.
7. Serve immediately over steamed rice, brown rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice.
