1. Slice the beef thinly against the grain and wash and chop broccoli into florets.
2. In a bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, beef broth, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar substitute and water.
3. Place beef in a 6-quart Crock Pot and pour the sauce over the meat, stirring to coat.
4. Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until beef is tender.
5. Thirty minutes before end of cook time, stir in broccoli florets and cover to keep them crisp-tender.
6. If a thicker sauce is desired, whisk xanthan gum into a few tablespoons of hot liquid and stir into the Crock Pot until glossy.
7. Serve beef and broccoli with sauce, garnished with green onions.
