  • 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup crunchy granola
  • sliced banana and berries
  • coconut flakes or chia seeds

  • Instructions

    1. freeze fresh mango and pineapple for at least 2 hours

    2. add frozen mango, pineapple, banana, yogurt, and coconut milk to a high-speed blender

    3. blend on low speed, gradually increasing until smooth and thick

    4. pour the smoothie base into a serving bowl and smooth the surface

    5. sprinkle crunchy granola over one side of the bowl

    6. arrange sliced banana, berries, coconut flakes, or chia seeds on the remaining surface

    7. drizzle honey or nut butter if desired
