4. Allow chicken to rest before slicing it thinly.
5. Warm pita breads in a skillet or oven for 1–2 minutes per side.
6. Spread hummus or tzatziki over each warmed pita.
7. Layer sliced chicken, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and red onion on the pita.
8. Sprinkle with feta cheese and add olives or roasted peppers if desired.
9. Fold the pita around the fillings and serve immediately or wrap for later.
