  • 1 cup milk or plant based milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries blueberries raspberries)
  • few drops extra virgin olive oil

  • Instructions

    1. In a bowl stir rolled oats chia seeds sea salt and crushed pistachios until evenly combined

    2. Add milk yogurt honey and vanilla extract and mix thoroughly to coat the oats

    3. Divide the mixture into two sealed jars or containers and close the lids

    4. Refrigerate the jars overnight or at least 6 to 8 hours

    5. In the morning remove the lids stir the oats to redistribute moisture and adjust sweetness if desired

    6. Top each jar with mixed berries and drizzle with olive oil before serving
