1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Pat chicken breasts dry and place in the prepared dish.
3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
5. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is lightly golden.
6. Remove from oven and let rest, tented with foil, for 5 minutes before serving.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley or thyme if desired.
