1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
3. Brush each ear of corn with half of the garlic butter.
4. Place corn on the grill and cook, turning every 2–3 minutes and brushing with remaining garlic butter, until lightly charred and tender, about 12 minutes.
5. Remove corn from grill and immediately roll in grated parmesan cheese, pressing gently to adhere.
6. Sprinkle parsley, oregano, chili powder, and salt over the corn.
7. Squeeze lime juice over each ear and serve hot.
