4. In a bowl whisk Greek yogurt, egg, egg white and vanilla extract until combined
5. Stir in coconut sugar until the mixture is smooth
6. Fold the melted chocolate into the yogurt mixture
7. Gently fold almond flour and salt into the batter until thick and silky
8. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins
9. Place ramekins on a baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers jiggle slightly
