1. preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin
2. in a bowl combine stuffing, beaten eggs, herbs, salt, pepper and broth if dry
3. press a spoonful of stuffing mixture into each muffin well
4. add turkey cubes into each cup and top with more stuffing
5. brush tops with melted butter for extra crispness
6. bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown
7. let cups rest for five minutes before removing and serving
