1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with coconut oil or butter.
2. In a medium bowl, toss mixed berries with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, then pour into the prepared dish.
3. In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, cinnamon, cornstarch, and salt.
4. Stir melted coconut oil, remaining honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the oat mixture until clusters form.
5. Evenly sprinkle the oat topping over the berry mixture.
6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and berries are bubbling.
7. Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving to allow the filling to set.
