3. In another bowl, whisk the greek yogurt, melted butter, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined without overmixing.
5. Toss the blueberries with the tablespoon of flour, then fold them into the batter gently.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
7. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, covering loosely with foil if the top browns too quickly.
