Description

Instructions
1. Cut chicken breasts into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
2. In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
3. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat evenly, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
4. Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes or use metal skewers.
5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
6. Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces.
7. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning every few minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
8. Brush with leftover marinade during the last few minutes of cooking.
9. Let kabobs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
