2. Slice olives into thin rounds to create “pupils.”
3. Wrap each mozzarella ball with a slice of salami, securing edges gently.
4. Place an olive slice on each ball using a small dot of ketchup or food dye to adhere.
5. Insert a toothpick or skewer through each assembled eyeball.
6. Use a clean toothpick dipped in ketchup to draw light bloodshot veins on the mozzarella.
7. Arrange eyeballs on a platter, “pupils” facing up, and serve immediately.
